How It Works
Suppose is a tool for searching and comparing video services. You tell us what you want to watch, and we filter through billions of combinations of service offerings to find the best video services for you.

Check location
If the service area listed is incorrect, select “Change” and you’ll be prompted to update it using your browser
location or by entering an address, city, or zip code.

Select channels
Using either the search box or channel list, find and select your preferred channels.
When selected, channels will appear in your personalized list of preferred channels. Video service offers will appear and will be automatically updated as you select additional channels and change criteria.

Prioritize channels
Prioritize the channels in your preferred channels list, with your most important ones at the top. There are several ways to adjust channel priority:
Drag and drop channels
to move them around within the list.
Mark channels as “must-have”
by clicking the . When the must-have is highlighted for a channel, only offers that include that channel will be presented.
Exclude channels
from the search criteria by clicking the . Click the again to include that channel.
Remove channels
from the list by clicking the .

Refine criteria
Suppose allows you to adjust the search criteria so the offers we present match your needs.
Move the
Price Sensitivity
slider toward “save more ” to discover offers with lower prices. Move this slider toward “get more ” to discover offers with stronger channel fit.
Adjust the
Simultaneous Streams
filter to set the minimum number of simultaneous Internet video streams you require.
Slide the
DVR Required
switch to include only those live TV services that support digital recording. This also includes DVR fees in total cost.
Filter results
to include your preferred Service Providers and viewing Devices.

Select offer
Browse the results to find the most appropriate offer.
When you have found an offer that you like, click on the price to
see the details

How Suppose determines which offers to show you
Suppose uses an algorithm that considers your preferred channels, your priority of those channels, and other criteria. Our algorithm presents offers that satisfy your choices at the lowest cost. Based on your preferences, offers presented may come from more than one service provider.
We are constantly improving our algorithm as we learn from customer choices, and as the video services market evolves. We welcome your feedback on ways we can improve!
